Over the years, Neha has advised a significant number of clients on private equity fund side and represented both Funds and the promoters during the commercial negotiations and interse shareholder disputes. She has worked extensively in Capital Markets and handled due diligence and drafting of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus of the Company.

She advises clients on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, partnerships, international commercial sales and purchase transactions including agreements relating to licensing, agency, distributorship, infrastructure developmental agreements and other related matters. She also has handled the compliance of the companies including building a compliance calendar for the Companies based on the study of specific environment in which the company is operating, engaging with the company to address the areas of risk. She has handled ROC/SFIO investigation for the companies and handled the show cause notices as issued to the Companies. She has specifically worked with MSME companies advising them on legal compliance structure, streamlining their processes and handling their complete legal and secretarial portfolio.
